A mechanical engineer by qualifications and then a trained chef by choice, is a graduate of IICA. Rupreet is one of IICA's first ever league of Young Managers program Rupreet Jassi brings to IICA dynamic level of management and international culinary skills. Rupreet is now being given the assignment to lead and execute the launch of IICA unit in Gurgaon, an extremely challenging business ventures for both Datta Hospitality Management Services and International Institute of Culinary Arts. She has been apart of the core team for kick starting the Chef4u culinary recruitment division focusing on senior level searches for clients in the hospitality sector across the globe, She has strong Knowledge of culinary hiring and their structures/Hierarchies across Nationally as well Globally. She has completed number of Senior/Leadership searches efficiently across USA/EMEA/APAC and has been strongly recommended. She has worked with clients & candidates across geographies including INDIA & SAARC (Srilanka), EUROPE (UK & Ireland,Germany,Sweden, France, Netherlands,Spain, Italy, Belgium) USA ( East & West Coast, Mid West), APAC (Australia,Singapore, Malaysia,Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan & China), MIDDLE EAST (Dubai,Saudi Arabia,Qatar) She has created business and professional relationships with clients and candidates which has led to initiating and exploring new business opportunities for the practice.
