Hello connections, I am Rushabh Lawankar a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Government College of Engineering, Nagpur. I have been the 1st General Secretary of the college during which I was lucky to initiate with the Cultural Symposium "ORANZ" and develop the Club Culture in my college. I was fortunate to manage the Student Activities and cultivate ecosystem for all the club activities initiated during my tenure. I established Automotive Development club to inhibit the closeness of students with the upcoming trends in the transportation industry such as EV's, Electrification of Airplanes, E-VTOL Drones, Hyperloop concept and many such gravitating activities. I learnt to manage the budget sanctioned with procuring the vital things to grow a community and strategize the future activities even while saving 10% of allocated budget in order to deliver as per expectations of the community. Being a Mechanical Engineer it is of paramount to understand and interpret the design and also to create the design according to industry standards. Henceforth, in order to be able to design a better I learnt Siemens NX and in order to analyze them with the understanding of Finite Element Analysis I practiced on ANSYS. After completion of Bachelors I pursued my interest in Aviation Industry and completed my EASA certified Aircraft Maintenance engineering course. In the tenure I grasped the concepts of Continuous Airworthiness Management, Aircraft Leasing, Quality Assurance, Inventory Management and many of such essential activities which are needed to be carried out in Aviation Industry. I streamlined my knowledge of dirty dozen, flight data monitoring and inspection and learnt more about hard time, condition and on condition monitoring. In order to ensure the concepts are thoroughly clear I was familiarized with Part 145 document of Civil Aviation and was encouraged to absorb the IATA 100.
