Over the last decade, I’ve built, scaled, and transformed HR systems, and processes from scratch across the following industries – Pharmaceuticals, Retail, IT & Manufacturing (Real Estate) My most recent assignment as an employee was to drive large-scale culture transformation & change management at Schindler India. In 2024, I decided to take the plunge to work with diverse organizations & help them revamp their HR systems and optimize talent management.
