Project Engineer ( Current role) • Responsible for capital project implementation for Whitby manufacturing site including defining scope, finding most suitable solutions, obtaining quotes, applying building permits, submitting capital request, managing project specific finance. • Led project implementation by supervising contractors, coordinating with manufacturers, managing co-op students and projects consultants, drafting and conducting FAT, commissioning, validation protocols (IQ, OQ & PQ) FMEA, Risk assessment. • Successfully implemented major projects such as HVAC redesigning and replacement for packaging area, Replacement of central vacuum system, New Dense Phase vacuum conveying system, Roller cooling system for Gerties Macropactor, etc. • Successfully completed engineering projects such as roof railing and safety improvements, platforms installation, cyclones for dust collectors, tablet press cooling system implementation, Nitrogen cylinders storage system, Upgraded aging plant security system, and etc. • Currently working on Implementation of, HVAC redesigning for compression area, process implementation for manufacturing highly temperature sensitive liquids product, installing jib cranes on the roof, jib crane and railing installation on roof, Purified water system control upgrades, and new heat exchange to reduce heat sanitization time,Leading implementation of 21 CFR Part 11 compliant building management system (BMS)
