It took a decade-long corporate/non-profit experience for me to arrive at my calling, which is holistic well-being of people (including myself).In 2022, i.e a year and a half after a personal accident recovery journey, I decided to quit my corporate career to study clinical application of yoga, and to work with patients suffering from mental health challenges.I am now passionate about applying yoga in a therapeutic manner, scientifically explaining the healing power of yogic practices to as many as possible. Leveraging the people skills that I honed in my last career, I enjoy blending the traditional teachings from the Patanjala Yoga Sutras with the expectations of our modern lifestyles.My genuine wish is to reach my own spiritual potential through helping people live fulfilling, nourishing, and happy lives.
