EMPLOYMENT HISTORY Pratt-Whitney, Inc. Columbus Engine Center – Operations Technician - Final Assembly, Test Cell & Engine Shipping Cells. 02/2008- Present Responsible for supervision of personnel in the Final Assembly, Test Cell and Shipping Cells, as well as performing all required V2500 engine inspections to ensure production goals are attained. I am also responsible for the review and acceptance of all critical engine parameters, during engine testing and troubleshooting. I ensure that post test engine / borescope inspections and shipping are completed in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction. Delta Air Lines, Inc. – / CFM 56 / CF34 Engine Analyst 01/2001 to 04/2006 Responsible for developing repair workscopes for all / CFM 56 / CF 34 engine shop visits. I also monitored on-wing performance. Target engines for removal based on time and engine trend monitoring data. Assist with troubleshooting of both engines encountering problems on the test cell and engines that are rejected from test as a result of technical problems. Work closely with maintenance and quality to ensure that all workscopes are clearly understood to provide customers with the most reliable engines possible while keeping cost under control. Also work closely with Technical Sales & Marketing and Engine Services to assure satisfaction of customers such as Frontier, GOL, Azteca, SES, ASA, Comair & Pace Airlines. Prior to moving into the CFM 56 / CF34 Analyst position, I worked as Engine Analyst with additional duties including managing compliance with the HPC Surge management A.D. During this period, also worked closely with World Airways to workscope their shop visit engines and to ensure their compliance with the surge A.D. Specialties: All aspects of MRO visits.
