About Russ Coles

I am a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic individual, who demonstrates a professional and confident approach to all tasks. I hold a proven track record in undertaking strategic estate, security, facilities, estate and property management, both in the UK and on a more global outreach. Creative and enthusiastic in my daily approach, I work extremely well under pressure within a fast-paced work setting and within discretionary measures. I hold fundamental estate and property development strategy experience, forged through several years of continued personal development within my career progression. An integral member of a key management team in influencing and achieving contractual property arrangements whilst maintaining and negotiating budget control for ongoing services. I forged the mainstay of my experience through a successful 13 year period within the Royal Marines. Throughout this period, I was involved in many time critical and challenging operational taskings, at the spearhead of the UK's global outreach of maritime, humanitarian and anti terrorism commitments.
