I am an experienced strategic leader with more than 20 years in brand, digital, and customer experience strategy. As Vice President of Strategy at McCann Canada, I lead integrated teams that help organizations define their brand platforms, build impactful campaigns, and create measurable business growth.My experience includes working with global and national clients such as AT & T, Bayer, Clorox, Infiniti, Petro-Canada, SAP, and Blue Shield of California. I have developed and led Effie-winning strategies, guided large-scale digital transformations, and overseen brand and customer experience initiatives that strengthen both reputation and performance. My expertise spans brand positioning, go-to-market planning, integrated communications, digital transformation, and customer journey design.I hold a PhD in Digital Storytelling, which shapes how I approach leadership and strategy. I combine research and creative insight to connect data with human behavior and to inspire teams to deliver their best work. I also teach digital marketing in the Executive MBA program at the University of Calgary, helping emerging leaders navigate an evolving marketing landscape.I am most passionate about building brands that last, transforming complex challenges into simple ideas that inspire action, and leading teams that create meaningful results.
