About Russ Willmon

At Defencify Training we're obsessively passionate about creating and delivering interactive, online courses that satisfy regulatory training mandates, company mandates, and client requirements. We’re currently approved to provide initial and refresher online training courses for guard licensing in: California, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Minnesota. Our training platform can be customized with our client's branding, settings, users, and content library. Employees enjoy 24/7 access, courses that are optimized for mobile devices, engaging ( & fun) content, and downloadable completion certificates. Administrators benefit from automatic assignment of content, automated emails, cloud records management, and powerful reporting. As a result, security companies can hire more people, train them (consistently) better, and get them through the licensing process quicker. There's a better way to do training in: California, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, & Minnesota ( & more to come!). That's what we do.
