About Russell Bardsley

I graduated from Albany College of Pharmacy in 2015 and completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY in 2016. After completing my residency, I accepted a position as the lead clinical pharmacist at Catholic Medical Center (CMC) in Manchester, NH. This was a new position for CMC, and I was tasked with building the position from the ground up. I have been able to keep clinical pharmacy services at its core, which has allowed me to directly influence patient care. Along with this, I am actively involved in staff training and education, and precept P4 pharmacy students throughout the year in an Emergency Medicine/Critical Care elective rotation. I’m also passionate about research and the advancement of improved patient care. I have had the opportunity to publish a few articles, and have been involved in several research studies on various levels, from project development to data gathering/analysis and manuscript editing. None of these things would be possible without the help and support of amazing team members, and I’m truly blessed to be part of a strong team that always looks to provide (and advance) optimal patient care.
