I am a technical project leader with over 20+ years of experience in research and process development. I am innovative, adaptable, and committed, consistently pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, while keeping to core sustainable excellence.I’ve been applauded for my work ethic, reliability, and ability to adapt, winning merit awards, safety awards, promotions, and greater responsibility. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently proven myself to be a quick learner, growing new skills to successfully manage larger projects - from MS Excel and Visual Basic to novel equipment design, implementation and vetting, logistics, and standards development and documentation. My contributions were patented in 2014, led to process change accomplishing a 100 fold increases in production, and resulted in several new highly successful teams. I have initiated many “firsts” in the pursuit of project development, leading to significant capital gains for my employer.I have a keen desire to learn and meet new people, and I eagerly look forward to new challenges, and I am specifically looking for a position with significant purpose and to work in a collaborative environment to accomplish that purpose.
