I am a senior General Manager / Operating Executive in the mining resources industry with 30 years of experience, the last 20 years in senior leadership roles. I have a focus on positive safety performance, strategic thinking, practical operating systems and developing staff so that goals can be achieved and then exceeded. A broad foundation of experience from mining and construction, both surface and underground, has allowed results that maximise asset’s value through best practice and effective organisational review and sustained changes. I enjoy working with people and building teams, leading from the front with an emphasis on engaging people at all levels of the organisation to deliver the asset’s full value.
