At Caliber I am responsible for ensuring World Class Customer Experience. I am Responsible for a broad scope of accounting and HR-related administrative and management duties as well as manage the parts department and assist in repair production. My duties and responsibilities are as follows: •Ensuring R.O. file accuracy and SOP, DRP and regulatory (BAR) compliance during repair and prior to vehicle delivery •Create and maintain a front office environment of World Class Customer service. •oversight of front office team •Provide staff with direct reports and clear expectations, along with the necessary tools and information needed to effectively perform job duties •Hire, train, motivate and monitor performance of Customer Service Reps •Work closely with General Manager to create a team environment producing high performance results •Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates to ensure compliance •Validate overhead costs and labor budgeting • schedule estimates and vehicle drop offs for Service Advisors and ensure team is set up for success daily * Updated* Parts manager- In my current role as parts manager •I am in charge of ordering parts for all cars on the lot using a software called OPS TRAX • Receiving parts and mirror matching to ensure the part is correct and inspect quality control. • in charge of all invoicing, including any sublet work whether it be wheel alignments, auto glass installation and window tint, locksmith re key, mechanical work, calibrations • if parts are damaged, or do not fit. I’m in charge of returning them to the vendor and receiving a credit. I have ended each month at zero pending credits for 8months straight. Keeping zero credits ensures the shop does not lost any profits due to lost or damaged parts. • I ensure repair order file accuracy by clearing any critical exceptions that may populate on the estimate • I add supplement parts when needed on the estimate and ensure part numbers are correct per vin and verify by contacting the dealer/ vendor.
