About Russell Costain

I am a self-starting individual, who enjoys solving difficult problems through logic. My work experience has given me a broad range of talents from labor related knowledge to customer service skills; but my interest lies in the world of technology. Troubleshooting and repair computer problems currently my hobby, but I would like to turn it into a full time employment opportunity. I currently have 6 years of experience and training repairing personal computers and laptops, both on a software and hardware level. My work ethic is strong, and I like to take on more responsibilities than is asked of me. I would have to say my only flaw is that I spend too much time on the details, resulting in delayed, but high quality results.
