I am an enthusiastic and resilient individual with a proactive and adaptable approach to work. I have strong organisational capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills and thrive on managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, creative environment. I am committed to my continued professional development I am incredibly hard working, and I believe you deserve to get out what you put into your career. the transferable skills I learned through my years of teaching will enable me to thrive in the recruitment world. Since working in the education sector, I have learned to communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues and children. I have also developed my listening skills, I can know actively listen and pick out key points in a person's answer to help determine their motivation. Working in a school, my ability to work as part of a team is key and my excellent organisational and time management skills are used every day. I feel a particular strength of mine is my ability to reflect on my practice and constantly look to improve. Outside of work I have a full social life with my partner where we enjoy brunches with our friends and dining out in fine restaurants. I also lead a very active sporting life, when I was younger I played football on a weekly basis, captaining my team at the highest amateur standard within England. Through my team I was lucky enough to represent the England Amateur Football Team at the UEFA inter-Regional Championships. Unfortunately, due to a severe knee injury I has to quit football and I have since taken up golf which I enjoy playing with friends as often as possible and entering numerous competitions at the club where I am a member.
