About Russell Lines-Jobling

I am a motivated and empowered Operational Risk SME with a real passion for the Operational Risk discipline. My experience is diverse and robust and covers all the essential elements required to deploy and maintain an effective Operational Risk Framework. I champion and execute what is necessary to deliver, develop and improve the continued management of an effective Operational Risk Framework by leveraging my solid understanding of the principles of Operational Risk and establishing good interaction with all key stakeholders (from Associate to Executive); instilling trust and confidence through integrity, quality of work and good governance by providing objective challenge and resolution. Additionally, I have gained experience as a skilled Business Analyst in the Project Management space covering various business change projects and also as a Compliance Manager to further support my knowledge of the Financial Services Regulation. In summary I am a multi faceted individual who is a self starter that is comfortable as a team player. I am now looking for the next professional challenge to further develop and apply my highly transferable skill set.
