For over two decades, I’ve worked in HVAC, energy management, and building automation—first as a systems supervisor in education, and now as a project manager at ACES. I’ve led large-scale construction and retrofit projects, coordinated field teams, and helped design control systems that are efficient, reliable, and forward-thinking. But I’ve always believed real leadership means more than technical skill—it’s about clear communication, long-term thinking, and putting systems in place that make people’s lives easier. That’s exactly what led me to found MusicNotes: a platform where musicians, venues, and fans connect through streamlined booking, ticketing, tipping, and payments—using both fiat and crypto.
