As an Engineering Manager at MagForceX® Innovation Center, I lead a global team of engineers and technicians in developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions and technologies for the magnet wire industry. I have over 15 years of international experience in engineering, innovation, automation, and management, with a strong background in electrical and controls engineering, data engineering, machine learning, and robotics. My mission is to create value for our customers, stakeholders, and society by advancing the state of the art in magnet wire applications, processes, and products. I am passionate about leading disruptive technology development, creating patents and trade-secret technologies, and driving digital transformation and IIoT initiatives across the organization. I am also committed to coaching and developing my direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. I hold multiple credentials, including a master's degree in executive MBA (in progress), a bachelor professional in electrical and controls engineering, and a certification in education and teaching. I am fluent and certified in German and have served as a military intelligence analyst and an honorable war veteran.
