My career has, from the beginning, been a long string of continual successes – both critically and financially. Beginning as one of the original Bioware staff, numerous award winning member of Black Box/EA and multiple development studio owner – I am recognized as being one of few leaders that has had an integral role in redefining and revitalizing titles over multiple genres such as role-playing (Baldur’s Gate series), action-adventure (MDK2) and racing (Need for Speed series). Having exclusively filled leadership roles throughout my career, I am known for getting the job done to exceptional levels of quality and creativity under any circumstance. I have a knack for being able to effortlessly inspire greatness from my teams and ensure projects of all sizes are managed efficiently down to each and every person. This skill is complemented by my ability to make smart and sometimes difficult decisions that positively affect all aspects of development.
