I have consistently provided high-quality installation experiences and ensured complete customer satisfaction before completing the order. I am adept at identifying solutions that may have been overlooked during the initial consultation and offering additional support to clients, including troubleshooting and arranging follow-up appointments. Additionally, I have supported my fellow team members as part of a leadership training program.Prior to my role at Best Buy, I gained valuable experience as a General Laborer/Assistant Project Manager at Conner Construction and Consulting. This role allowed me to develop strong multi-tasking and coordination skills while working with vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion. I also interacted directly with clients, providing regular updates and maintaining clear communication throughout the projects.In addition to my customer service expertise, I possess strong computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Windows, Office suite, and basic Linux familiarity. I have also demonstrated my ability to research and design exhibits and presentations during my time at California State University Chico, where I earned my B.A. in Anthropology and certificate in Cultural Resource Management.
