I am an experienced Telecom professional with 18+ years of service to TNS and its predecessor companies VeriSign CSG, Illuminet. I have held multiple roles within TNS that also has management and process improvement experience. I am a highly motivated, passionate and a versatile leader that can deliver tangible business benefits while continuously striving to builds strong long lasting relationships with the colleagues and client(s). I pay close attention to detail, well organized and am focused on exceeding the client’s needs & satisfaction. I display excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to lead teams to success. I would say that I have the ability to develop, improve and in some cases rescue the business relationship with the customer has been my key strength. I have managed stakeholders both internal and external successfully to deliver to a high quality of customer satisfaction. I believe in setting realistic expectation levels with my colleagues and clients and then striving to meet or surpass them.
