I understand this job as a craft and in my opinion the key objective is not to meet the guests expectations, but to exceed them. Working within the five star luxury environment gave me an amazing opportunity to tend the bars with the highest quality service and drinks preparation on professional level and thanks to my various management roles I have developed exceptional skills in planning, opening and running new bars as well as understanding the financial aspects and business operation. I achieved few international awards during bartending competitions on worldwide level such as: • World Champion of Bols Around The World Competition in Amsterdam, 2013 • UK representative at Global Final of Bombay Saphire Competition in Morocco, 2012 • Slovak representative at World Final of the 10th Global Finlandia Vodka Cup in Finland, 2008
