I develop, design and produce precision products and their enclosures as well as their assembly jigs, tooling and required assembly documentation. Elegant and thoughtful designs flow from a deep rooted technical experience in machining, sheet metal forming and welding. I use 3D modeling software, including SolidWorks and Inventor, to design parts and assemblies, employing finite element analysis to evaluate critical components. Resulting products follow the concepts of TOS, Poka Yoke, 5S, 6σ and Unit President. GD & T for lens drawings are done to ISO 10110 while all other fabrications drawings are done to ASME Y14.5M.
