I am a strong and dedicated leader who has the desire to continue to develop as Human Resources Professional. I have a history of working in a manufacturing environment and have spent the last 12 years in various HR positions. My positions have included, Training Coordinator, Human Resources Assistant, Staffing Specialist and Human Resources Business Partner. As a Training Coordinator I was able to develop and lead a team of professionals to implement employee onboarding and training while continuously improving and adapting to the business needs. I am a skilled coach and mentor and continue to sharpen my skills by developing and/or delivering Training & Development courses to employees on various levels. As a HR Assistant I was able to manage processes within the Staffing Department, such as determining new hire eligibility, scheduling and setting up hiring events and interviews, along with building relationships with suppliers, supervisors and managers within our organization. My previous experience allowed me to be an effective Staffing Specialist and continue to develop as an HR professional. While in this role I was able to create new processes that would benefit new employees and their managers. For example, providing structured On-boarding requirements and checklists. I worked with Human Resources Business Partners and Operations Managers to develop processes that improved new employee placement and employee experience. As a Human Resources Business Partner, I have continued to learn and develop as a consultant and partner. I am constantly gaining knowledge and experience in employee relations, investigations, employee development, Performance Management, and customer service. As a HR Business Partner, I support Plant Managers, Operations Managers, Supervisors and support staff along with hundreds of employees who work within multiple plants in Lafayette, IN.
