Rusty Williams entered the world of real estate 30 years ago and is still going strong! A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Rusty has a long list of experience from commercial listings, land/acreage, residential homes, and is extremely well versed in the world of REO properties. Rusty is employed by many of the larger corporate banks to handle their bank owned properties, including Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae, Regions Bank, Fay Servicing, and Select Portfolio Servicing. His spotless record and well rounded reputation has carried him well throughout the exciting real estate profession. A member of REOBrokers, REOMAC, NADP foundation member and a graduate of the Five Star Institute, Rusty has received multiple honors and rewards throughout his career. Rusty is a SC native and knows the area very well. He handles multiple counties including Spartanburg, Greenville, Laurens, Union, Cherokee, and the Southern regions of NC.
