About Rutba Gulzar

i’m rutba gulzar, a b.sc. agriculture student at skuast-kashmir with a strong interest in agricultural sciences, communication, and community-focused learning. my academic journey has helped me build a solid foundation in crop science, plant health, soil management, and sustainable farming practices. i am passionate about understanding how agriculture shapes livelihoods and how informed practices can create long-term resilience for rural communities. beyond academics, i actively participate in public speaking, literary activities, and various college-level events. these experiences have strengthened my confidence, creativity, and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. i enjoy bringing clarity to complex ideas, simplifying information, and creating meaningful connections through language, skills that play a vital role in both academic and professional environments. i am also the founder of aaraaf alchemy of elixir, a niche fragrance brand offering premium attars, ouds, and inspired perfumes. building this brand has taught me entrepreneurship, customer understanding, branding, consistency, and the importance of delivering quality with authenticity. it has also allowed me to explore the creative side of business while balancing academics with responsibility. i believe in continuous growth—academically, personally, and professionally. i’m always open to learning, collaborating, and exploring opportunities that help me evolve into a more knowledgeable and impactful individual.
