Acting as Sales and Business Operations Director, Program and Project Manager, Transformation manager, PMO leader and Proposal manager in IBM acquired deep knowledge of Sales processes including proposal management, business strategies, Design Thinking, Lean and Agile together with strong skills in analytics and planning. In the last years in Delta (Grupo Nabeiro) has grown as a profissional in areas such as Contact Center, Logistics and after sales support (including repair centers). Leading a fantastic team delivered transformational projects, work for the improvement of overall performance, provide hundreds of hours of training, and assured the quality of services and machines.
