About Ruth Amey

I am currently working at Accenture as a Modern Engineer, where I’m part of a dynamic team delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that drive real-world impact. I recently completed my MSc in Artificial Intelligence at Nottingham Trent University, building on a strong foundation from my first class honours degree in Mathematics. My academic journey was driven by curiosity and a passion for solving complex problems, earning me a scholarship for my master’s studies. During my undergraduate research, I explored medical imaging, developing a model that used breast ultrasound scans to identify tumour masks and classify them as malignant, benign, or non existent. Later, I investigated predicting human emotion from speech, further deepening my interest in applied AI. Artificial Intelligence continues to inspire me for its power to transform industries and improve lives. Now, as part of Accenture, I’m excited to be working at the forefront of technology, building innovative, scalable solutions that help shape the future.
