I'm a seasoned residential and commercial cleaner. My company specializes in Move Out/Move In cleanings. We also do Basic Cleans, Deep Cleans, Post Construction Cleans and Windows! I am a methodical and amenable professional with years of experience in the housekeeping industry, and I am excited to be growing my company. I personally have 12+ years of experience I’ve gained in this industry. Currently, I am the owner of Perfectlymai4you, where I have familiarized my staff with all different types of the cleaning materials and tools. I’ve also been tasked with training, assisting, and supervising a team of 3 staff members, where I demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, along with a solid work ethic. I have become expert at managing staff and delegating work effectively, and possess superb communication skills. I also previously worked at several hotels where I learned the basics of general housekeeping duties like dusting, polishing, vacuuming carpets, removing marks from walls, cleaning furnishings, straightening desk items and performing other floor care duties. Right now I am interested in elevating my professional prospects by taking my company to the next level. I value hard work, effort and loyalty in the work place.
