With extensive experience in both Australia and Vietnam, I’ve worked across non-profit and community development sectors, designing and delivering impactful programs that support at-risk and marginalized young people. My background includes direct youth work, program coordination, and cross-cultural community engagement, all grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. Driven by a belief in the potential of young people to shape their own futures, I’m passionate about creating inclusive spaces and meaningful opportunities that foster growth, resilience, and leadership.
