I am a dedicated and detail-oriented administrator with a passion for fostering a collaborative work environment. With over a decade of experience in third-level institutions, I have honed my skills in project coordination, customer service and continue to gain skills in office management. In my current role as a Senior Staff Officer in the Faculty of Business and Humanities, I am gaining invaluable experience in leadership and managerial proficiency. I am responsible for overseeing a dynamic and driven team, and play a central role in the planning, organising and operating functions within the Faculty of Business and Humanities/TU. My commitment to continuous learning and growth is evident in my proactive approach to professional development and willingness to mentor and support colleagues. I have a rich mixed background in academia, research, and organisational management. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and a Masters by Research from Mary Immaculate College. This has cultivated a diverse skill set that spans across disciplines, from project management, interdisciplinary collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving, data analysis and communication skills. As an Independent Researcher and published author, I have contributed to the body of knowledge in local history, demonstrating a passion for uncovering and preserving the stories of the past. My passion for research and dedication to preserving local history serve as a testament to my intellectual curiosity and commitment to making a meaningful impact in the world around me.
