I have been creating meaningful retreats and events for individuals and private clients for several years. Each event is unique depending on the location. They all feature elements of wellness - yoga / pilates / mindful movement / meditation / intro to breath work / wild walks / hikes etc followed by elements of trying / testing / tasting something new - gin / wine / olive oils plus plenty of healthy sustainable food.
