I completed my masters in Biomedical Genomics (MSc) at NUI Galway. For my research project, I developed an R shiny electronic health record application that integrated clinical and genomic information and using this combined information generated machine learning models for survival prediction. I completed my undergraduate Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree at NUI Galway majoring in the area of Physiology and minoring in the area of Biochemistry.
