As the Owner & Coach of Rogue Running, I have over 19 years of experience in creating and delivering training programs for runners of all levels and goals. I co-founded Rogue Training Systems, a successful organization that hosts 52 running programs and produces 6 race events per year, partnering with leading brands such as Nike, Adidas, and Saucony. I have coached more than athletes, helping them achieve their personal bests, travel the world, and improve their health and well-being. I also have a strong background in project management and cloud solutions, having worked as a Senior Program Manager at Dell EMC for 4 years. There, I managed the validation and deployment of custom cloud racks for the 5 largest customers, collaborating with engineering and customer service teams to solve highly technical issues. I also developed job training seminars for HR to support staff redeployment after layoffs. I am passionate about learning and development, and I am looking for a new challenge in the tech space where I can leverage my skills and experience to help employees grow and learn. I am an instigator with an entrepreneurial spirit, and I thrive when I work with an energetic, diverse, and collaborative team.
