I am a dedicated and results-driven manager with over a decade of experience in residential services, specializing in congregate living environments and treatment rehabilitation services. My desire is to always work in a role where I am actively utilizing my knowledge, skills, abilities, and creativity to enhance the lives of children and adults in the area of health and social care. I am an energetic, patient and confident individual with a passion to help those with developmental disabilities to reach their full potential. I believe strongly in ensuring that people live their best lives no matter their disabilities. My experience has provided me with the opportunity to enhance and develop a diverse set of skills that I actively apply to my every day interaction with clients suffering from mental disorders. I also actively seek to share and impart this knowledge to each employee that I manage and mentor.
