I have extensive experience as a high-level administrator, project and operations manager. I am a natural leader and use my initiative, expert relationship-building and problem-solving skills on a daily basis to execute tasks and achieve positive outcomes across the work unit. I pride myself on my conflict resolution skills and collaborative work style. I am resourceful, flexible and adaptable and thrive in a high-pressure atmosphere. I have demonstrated experience in handling confidential information and managing sensitive issues discreetly and ensuring company practices and procedures are adhered to. I am a registered Justice of the Peace. Responsible for the induction of new staff into the unit, I have created helpful documents to ease them into the world of acronyms. I am a champion for change and have been involved in numerous Business Improvement projects. I create harmony in the workplace organising social activities such as themed morning teas, social drinks and organise work End of Year functions. I am famous for my caramel slice and rosemary shortbread, as well as many other delicious treats that I bake for special morning teas.
