Relocating to Cork, Ireland* I am a hardworking and detail-oriented professional with a robust background in nutrition, health sciences, and genetics. With a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Genetics (MSc) and nearly two years of experience in the Translational Genetics team at the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR), I specialise in managing large-scale scientific projects and fostering the seamless execution of genetic research programs. With a passion for genomics and a commitment to improving patient care, I aim to continue contributing to the field of translational medicine and health sciences, particularly at the intersection of genetics, cancer research, and patient outcomes. Key achievements include: Leading the management of NHS-funded translational genetics programmes, such as the Jewish BRCA Programme and BRCA-DIRECT Programme, with a strong focus on collaboration, patient experience, and data integrity. Developing patient-friendly resources and systems, including a website for programme sign-ups and performing a comprehensive Data Protection Impact Assessment. Honoured with an Above and Beyond award at the ICR for exceptional contribution to the research environment. Actively pursuing further qualifications in Genomic Medicine (PgCert) from St George’s University of London and King’s College London.
