An innovative professional with extensive banking experience in Personal and Commercial Banking, Institutional & Pension Benefits, and Wealth Management; held a variety of positions including Release and Project Management, Project Lead, Business Analysis, System Support, Training, Documentation and Administration. Recent areas of focus include Release and Project Management within the Online Banking space where detailed and practical understanding of the full project life cycle (Iterative Waterfall/SCLC, PFM/EPMF, and recently Agile Management Framework (AMF)) coupled with a vast and comprehensive skill set is applied. This includes: managing project schedules, scope, budget and resources, project documentation, stakeholder communication, client interaction and negotiations, leading/training project team members, project integration, managing risk, change management, and communication with project stakeholders (including vendors), and clients to identify areas of improvement and ensure requirements and deliverables are met successfully. Although the bank adopted AMF over a 1.5 years ago not every project qualifies for this methodology; as a result, different methodologies continue to be applied (Traditional (waterfall), Iterative Waterfall (Hybrid), and Agile).
