Proven leadership at a senior level driving the 24/7/365 Service Operations function for an organisation. Highly customer focussed with substantial experience gained in the ever-evolving world of IT. Significant experience in leading teams and driving business change in the support service of critical IT systems within a public and private sector environment. I have the skill to balance business and IT requirements through adherence to ITIL guidelines, implementing, maintaining and evolving SLA’s, OLA’s and KPI’s to meet the business and customer need. Technical knowledge in Desktop, Server, Active Directory, Telephony, Mobile, Storage, Unified Comms, Backups & Infrastructure. In 2013 I received a Branch award for Outstanding Leadership after being nominated by my own staff and supported by the Senior Leadership Team. I hold an excellent attendance record and full driving license. Qualified First Aider. I enjoy living life to the full, walking, socialising, spiced rum and spending time with my family.
