Background
About Ruth Robinson
My teaching philosophy can be summed up in this quote:"Every child deserves a champion." I also have a passion for classroom teaching, and for helping students and teachers to develop a growth-oriented mindset. Next, I have had the pleasure of being an ELL educator for the past twelve years. Specifically, the field of Elementary ELL education is my specialization, and I have enjoyed teaching learners from the following countries: China, South Korea, Germany, the U.K, and the U.S. Last, I am currently teaching at an international school in China, where I have the wonderful opportunity to educate learners in grades 1 through 6. Additionally, I am currently finishing global education research for my master's in education, and I will graduate from my degree program in December. Thanks, and have a great day, Ruth Robinson Porritt
