I love using data-driven insights and the science of human behaviour to create products that empower users, generate double-digit growth and make a positive impact. I enjoy building high-performing teams, fostering innovation, and navigating complex change to make a difference. During my career in the health, social care and sustainability sectors, I’ve launched digital products that more than double revenue growth. When I’m not at work you’ll find me cooking for friends and family, gardening, and swimming, ideally outside if it’s not too cold.
