Supporting the IT Category, Enterprise Technology Solutions Executive Director as Program Analyst, Solutions Development Division. I plan, organize, and execute various new program initiatives to improve business efficiency. I conduct research on existing and emerging technology for business opportunities across government contracts. I prepare executive level briefings using data to explain and justify decisions. I am a public servant because I want to see an efficiently run government as a business. I am inspired by the highly professional people I work with every day. The IT Category Office of Telecommunications Services (OTS) changed its name to The Office of Enterprise Technology Solutions (OETS) in Oct 2020. I supported the OTS Program Management Support staff. Our top priority continues to be to help Federal government agencies modernize their IT infrastructure to meet the challenges of the future. In August 2022 I volunteered to be on a website testing team for 120 days. When I was on a 120-day detail with the GSA OSBU Customer Care and Outreach Program Support, I met with small businesses to support government agency missions. I specialized in working with woman-owned economically-disadvantaged and service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). GSA and SBA co-chairs a Women's Business Outreach event for Women-Owned small businesses with the Women's Business Center, US Chamber of Commerce. R11 NCR Washington DC Technical Support Team. With over 38 years of experience in the U.S. Federal government, I have expertise in customer service, acquisition lifecycle management, Federal contracting, small business outreach, business capture strategies and local telecommunications services. I have a personal interest in teaching online-learning courses and advising individuals about how to get on a GSA contract or working at other Federal government agencies. I am a peer mentor and advocate for community service training programs and assist people in writing resumes for government jobs.
