Familiar with many aspects of business across diverse industries my experience is within operational and financial aspects of businesses. Adopting a proactive approach to all activities, I am a strong team builder with multi tasking skills who leads significant change to strengthen and support businesses in preparation for, and through, expansion phases. Making a significant contribution within Operations, Finance, HR / L&D I thrive in a challenging environment. A strategist with strong business analytical skills I identify, measure and introduce key business drivers with effective communication and implementation. A fundamental factor in any progress or change is the people. A firm believer in investing in existing talent I promote mentoring and learning programmes. By working with individuals and teams to broaden their skills and potential I look to develop general management and leadership skills within a business. I am now in a position to seek part time employment and to taper my previous responsibilities. We spend most of our week at work, so it's vital we enjoy what we do - enthusiasm and fun are part of the package!
