About Ruth Thompson

I am an experienced Personal Assistant who has worked at an Executive level as well as C-Suite. I have worked within a number of different sized businesses ranging from international and national large corporates and SMEs. Working mainly in the professional services sector, the industries I have worked in are financial; engineering; transportation and housing. I am an EA at Teneo Financial Advisory, based in Bristol and I also teach English Conversation; giving lessons via Skype in the evenings to professionals based in Poland who wish to improve their English in both a business and social context. I am also a freelance Editor/Writer, I compose internet content and edit pieces for non-native speakers. I have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I am organised, proactive and self motivated. I am used to working in departments where calmly delivering support whilst under pressure means that I have the ability to recognise priorities in my, often changing, workload. I have a friendly and open manner and enjoy building relationships with clients and within the organisation that I work.
