About Ruth Vollmer

As the CFO and Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration at Gulf Regional Early Childhood Services, Inc.(GRECS), I brought over 20 years of experience and a hybrid combination of expertise in fiscal oversight, program administration, procurement, proposal development, and government affairs that resulted in organizational growth and prosperity. I have a proven track record of securing and managing federal and state funding for community-based educational programs and other services totaling over $15 million annually. I successfully led a team of professionals responsible for ensuring the organization's financial health and sustainability, as well as the compliance and quality of its programs and initiatives. I was responsible for all aspects of budgeting, reporting, auditing, cash flow, risk management, and policy development. I also facilitated strategic planning, performance improvement, and stakeholder relations. My mission was to support the organization's vision of providing high-quality early childhood education and development opportunities for children and families in the Gulf region.
