I completed my tertiary education at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University(NMMU) in Information Technology focusing on Software Development. Shortly after joining Standard Bank in 2015 I completed my CUA (Certified Usability Analyst) certification through Human Factors International, also known as (HFI). I have also completed a User Experience Design course through the QUAD Academy, which was led by Jason Hobbs and Terrence Fenn, a certification which is accredited through Stanford University. I aspire each and everyday to become more knowledgeable in the User Experience and Design world. UX is my passion.
