Hi, I'm Ruthvika, an International Business professional with a passion for Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Process Optimisation. I thrive on keeping digital spaces safe and compliant, ensuring content moderation meets the highest standards. My experience in Trust & Safety at Snap Inc. has sharpened my skills in audits, data analysis, and policy enforcement, helping platforms stay secure. With a Master’s in International Business from the University of Chester, I bring a strategic mindset to operational challenges, blending analytical thinking with business acumen. In my time at Snap Inc, I played a key role in improving content review accuracy, leading root cause analysis, and training teams across global operations. My work in expanding QA operations to Manila resulted in a 35% performance improvement—a milestone I’m proud of! I am passionate about leveraging data, refining workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful decisions. Whether it’s enhancing content moderation or optimising business processes, I love making things better. Here are some highlights: Trained & mentored 20+ associates and 2 QAs in an international expansion project. Led process improvements that reduced recurring issues by 15%. Received the "Welcome & Wanted Award" for outstanding team contributions. Organised team engagement initiatives during COVID-19, keeping morale high. Let’s connect! I’m always eager to discuss Trust & Safety, Data Analytics, and Business Strategy—or simply exchange ideas on how we can create a safer digital world!
