For as long as I can remember, I have been the most talkative person in the room. One of my earliest memories of school was having my desk moved on a regular basis due to – and I quote my first-grade teacher – “unnecessary chatter”. “She talks to everyone!” My parents were told. “No matter where we put her.” I couldn’t help it. I had no interest in learning addition, but every part of me wanted to know about the person next to me. Fortunately for both my parents and I, I did learn math, and I eventually found I could channel my enthusiasm and curiosity for people to help me accomplish my own goals. Whether I am meeting with a potential prospect to see how I can help them succeed or taking my team out to lunch to celebrate a milestone we reached together, my approach to is the same: 1. I listen. Really listen. I want to know your story. Everyone has one! I analyze. I create solutions. I communicate. Clearly. Concisely. And with compassion. I’ve sat at many different desks since first grade, but my goals have always remained the same – to help people grow their business, work more efficiently, and have more time to enjoy the things they love most in life. Here are a few of the things I love: 1) Swimming 2) College basketball (X-A-V.I-E-R!) 3) New York City (my home since 2005 and the closest I’ll ever come to traveling the world)
