I hold a PGDM in Finance from the Institute for Technology and Management and a B.Com. in Financial Markets from Pillai College of Arts Commerce and Science. I am currently an Authorized Officer at UBS Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd, where I manage the Regulatory Development Tracking process and support automation of regulatory reporting. In my previous roles, I have gained extensive experience in preparing and submitting regulatory returns to various authorities, such as RBI, STPI, and SEZ, and MIS reports to all the stakeholders of the firms as well as handling queries and notices from them. I have also maintained detailed process manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinated with internal and external auditors, ensured timely renewals of agreements and contracts, adhered with timely responses to queries and ad hoc reporting requirements to the regulators. I have strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and I am proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the legal, compliance and operational risk management of a global financial institution, and I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
