I'm a globally recognized supply chain program leader, entrepreneur, and creative innovator with a unique blend of experience across biotech, semiconductor, fashion, and education sectors. As the Co-Founder and CEO of TCR Innovation, I scaled an EdTech platform to serve 44 international clients, led a 97-member team, and drove 120% YoY revenue growth by implementing ERP/MRP systems and data-driven supply chain programs. At Prime Medicine, I executed a $520M external manufacturing program, created SSOT dashboards, and presented to 180+ executive stakeholders—enhancing forecasting, procurement workflows, and delivery timelines. I also worked at LTIMindtree, managing enterprise supply chain analytics for a global semiconductor client and streamlining MRP processes through data automation. In parallel with my technical career, I am the Founder and CEO of Juligence Fashion, where I combine creativity and business acumen as a Chief Designer and brand strategist. Over the past two years, I’ve made a mark in the modeling industry, winning titles like Miss Maharashtra 2020 and being invited as a global speaker and Women in Supply Chain honoree at LTI Mindtree in 2023. I've also been a guest leader at Mumbai University, inspiring students in innovation and leadership. As a serial entrepreneur, I launched Competelead Digital, a marketing agency, and Competelead, an online learning platform that bridges the gap between academic theory and industry skills. Certified in MIT SCM, Azure AI, SAP S/4HANA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Power BI, I thrive at the intersection of supply chain execution, business intelligence, and strategic leadership. I'm passionate about mentoring, solving complex challenges, and building ecosystems that deliver value and scale.
